Iplic.net is the internet presence of Bruce B. Galloway, who together with a group of inventors, lawyers and designers create and license intellectual property. Mr. Galloway, B.A., M.A. (University of Virginia), M.A. (University of East Anglia) has a wide and varied business background having been a principal in several accounting firms and was licensed as both an Enrolled Agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Mr. Galloway ended his accounting career as the head of an accounting and tax department at a well-known Charlottesville, Virginia law firm. He was co-owner of the oldest continuously operating photographic studio in the United States, investor in and advisor to Theme Software one of the first pc notation software programs, investor in and advisor to Pye Computer Systems an early developer of personal computers, owner and publisher of Guitar Editions, Inc. one of the first companies to typeset original music using personal computers. Other business interests include co-ownership of National Safety Advisors, a direct marketing company specializing in sales of OSHA compliance materials and General Partnership interests in a variety of Real Estate Limited Partnerships for which he prepared financial projection and raised equity capital.

He is a founding member of Reliant Medical Products which was created to market one of the inventions he helped patent. He was on the board of the Hospice of the Piedmont for six years and his interests include the classical guitar, glassblowing, 3D printing, yoga and meditation.
